Welschriesling

Wine style: dry, well-balanced wine, vinified classically in steel tanks with an emphasis on fruit, important variety for the production of Prädikat wine.

Recommendation: as an aperitif wine, or a neutral wine to complement salads and starters.

Weißburgunder / Pinot Blanc

"Similar to Chardonnay; expressive wine."

Wine style: dry, full-bodied wine, vinified classically in steel tanks, with an emphasis on fruit.
Aromas: ripe apple notes with a nutty touch.
Recommendation: an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes and light meat (poultry).

Chardonnay

"Expressive wine."

Wine style: dry, opulent wine, vinified classically in steel tanks with an emphasis on fruit; also vinified in barriques in accordance with the international barrique style.
Aromas: yellow fruits, grapefruit, tangerine.
Recommendation: fish dishes, poultry, veal.

Neuburger

"Austrian variant of Burgundy wines."

Wine style: ry, very harmonious wine.
Aromas: in its youth, neutral and fruity; nutty aromas as a more matured wine.
Recommendation: versatile complement to various dishes.

Grauer Burgunder / Pinot Gris / Ruländer

"First mentioned in documentation - in Mönchhof - dating to the 12th century; a very rare wine."

Wine style: dry, full-bodied wine.
Aromas: in its youth, aromas of yellow fruits and melons.
Recommendation: perfect complement to hearty and spicy dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc
