Flowering time: ideal conditions
Vegetation process: extremely hot June and July, little rain, cool temperatures in August, ideal continuous vegetation
Harvesting conditions: optimum conditions, full physiological ripeness, healthy grapes
Characteristics in brief: fully ripe fruit aromas in Burgunder (Pinot) varieties; deep aromas in varieties with a distinctive bouquet; selective harvesting of Zweigelt; convincing, deep and intense colours in St. Laurent and Pinot Noir; Blaufränkisch is the secret “star”

Vintage 2005 in Burgenland

Flowering time: early flowering, cool weather, irregular progress.
Vegetation process: lots of rain, intense and fast growth.
Harvesting conditions: strongly varied - at first difficult, then very good in October.
Characteristics in brief: fragrant white wines, elegant red wines and, depending on the vineyard site, excellent sweet wines; low harvest yields.
Vintage tips: sweet wines, St. Laurent, Blaufränkisch

Vintage 2004 in Burgenland

Flowering time: late flowering, cool weather, irregular progress.
Vegetation process: very warm summer, strong growth.
Harvesting conditions: aried, rain and 14-day-long dry periods.
Characteristics in brief: romatic white wines, very fine red wines (exceptional development), very good sweet wines, medium harvest yield.
Vintage tips: white wines, Zweigelt, Merlot, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir, blended wines, Spätlese, Auslese and Eiswein wines
